Custom automotive sheet-metal fabrication.

One-off metalwork for classic cars and custom trucks when replacement parts do not exist, do not fit or do not belong on the finished build.

One-off panel fabrication and fitment

Built one panel at a time

Metalwork shaped around the vehicle.

The condition, stance, drivetrain, access and finished appearance determine how each section is patterned, formed and welded.

Floors and structural sections

Localized floor sections, full floors and supporting structure built for strength, fit and future serviceability.

Rust and prior-repair correction

Failed repairs and damaged metal removed so the surrounding structure can be assessed before the replacement section is built.

Patch and replacement panels

One-off sections for discontinued, unavailable or poor-fitting panels, formed to follow the vehicle instead of forcing a universal part.

Inner panels and closeouts

Purpose-built details that cleanly finish wheel tubs, chassis clearance, engine bays, interiors and bed structures.

Body and component fitment

Metal reshaped around drivetrain, suspension, tire and chassis requirements so the build works as a complete system.

TIG and MIG welding

The welding process is selected around material, access and finished appearance—not convenience alone.

No catalog look

Fit comes before finish.

The panel is only successful when its edges, transitions and clearances make sense on the actual vehicle. That is why the work starts with access, condition and the intended finished result—not a generic parts list.

Marco Sheetmetal is a one-man Mesa shop. Pattern work, forming, fit-up, welding and metal finishing stay in the same hands.

How work starts

Clear scope before the first cut.

  1. 1

    Show the vehicle and problem

Send the year, make, model, clear photos, current condition and the finished result you want.

  2. 2

    Review condition and access

Previous repairs, hidden areas and the surrounding structure determine the likely fabrication path.

  3. 3

    Approve the written scope

Work is billed at $100 per hour with a $400 minimum. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves the job.

  4. 4

    Fabricate and communicate

If hidden rust or damage changes the job, the added work is discussed before it proceeds.
